Ladakh, one of the few strongholds of Tibetan Buddhist life, culture and religion, lies cradled in the heart of the Great North-Western Himalaya. Leh, the capital of Ladakh nestled in the Indus River valley, was once a trading town at the junction of the historic silk route from China and central Asia to the plains of India. Based in the town of Leh (11,500 ft. / 3505 m), the journey includes & unveils many fascinating excursions to cliff side Gompas (monasteries) inhabited by peaceful Buddhist monks, pretty villages & surrounding countryside, high passes and dramatic mountain scenery.

  • Check-In @ 10am / Check-out time @ 8:00 am
  • Shahbaz Travels will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.
  • There would be no refund for the road blocks at Nubra Valley | Pangong Lake & Tsomoriri Lake due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation cost at Leh due to the same would be borne by the passenger directly.
  • No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
  • Room allotment will be as per availability at the time of check in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
  • Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus
  • Any dispute will be subject to Leh jurisdiction
  • Any addition in Tax or Fuel charge done by Airlines / Transport Company etc will be chargeable to the travelers .
  • The above rates are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens only
  • Kindly note that names of hotels / Camps mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you.  In the event of accommodation not becoming available at  any of the above mentioned hotels  we shall book  alternate accommodation  at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement / reduction whatever applicable) to you.
  • Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
  • We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.  The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost
  • During the month of October to April most of the camps | guest houses | hotels won’t be operational due to off season in various locations of Ladakh like Nubra Valley | Pangong Lake | Tsomoriri | Tsokar | Sham Valley | Kargil | Zanskarregion etc. (So in that scenario best alternate accommodation will be provided with prior information to the guests at the time of booking)

Note : ST  reserves the right to amend the itinerary as and when subject to any unforeseen circumstances.

  • 50% Advance payment on booking confirmation.
  • 50% remaining payment before 07 days from dated of Arrival
  • Balance payment should done within 72 hours from date of Arrival

All the bookings are confirmed against the advanced payments, therefore we request you to send us 50% advance at the time of booking and balance amount should be made 07 days prior check in date, failing which the booking will be automatically released.

  • 16 Days or more prior to date of arrival – Rs 2,500 (minimum)
  • 15 Days prior to date of arrival- 25% of the total bill will be charged.
  • 07 Days prior to date of arrival – 50% of the total bill will be charged
  • 07 Days less than date of arrival – 100% of the total bill will be charged
  • Cancellation of some particular hotels is differenct from the above. The cancellation policy of those hotels will apply over & above the package cancellation, whichever is higher e.g Grand Dragon etc.

✖ The Services of Vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the Itinerary

✖ Medical insurance, medical costs or expenses of any other nature not mentioned in the inclusions above.

✖ Additional cost due to flight cancellation/ road blocks ill health , political /union issues, or any reasons beyond control etc.

✖ Oxygen Can/ Cylinder.

✖ Any change in program made by the guest while in Leh , – additional cost will have to be paid to our office directly in cash & retention charges will apply.

✖ Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
