The Jammu Kashmir family package begins with a pick-up from Jammu Tawi railway station and covers the cities of Katra, Pahalgam, Srinagar, Gulmarg, and Sonamarg. Families get a chance to have a holiday in Jammu and Kashmir that is both religious and fun-filled.

The Jammu Kashmir family package includes 2 nights in Katra. Cab transfers to Banganga are provided from where families can head for the Vaishno Devi Darshan on foot/pony. From Katra, the Jammu and Kashmir tour itinerary takes you to the valleys of Pahalgam, Srinagar, Gulmarg, and Sonamarg. The days spent in Pahalgam, Gulmarg, and Sonamarg are left for leisure activities. These include a short excursion to Betaab Valley, Baisaran Valley, Aru Valley from Pahalgam, strawberry fields and Alpather Lake from Gulmarg, and Thajiwas Glacier and Manasbal from Sonamarg. Families can indulge in pony rides are Baisaran Valley and Thajiwas Glacier, Gondola ride in Gulmarg, river rafting in Aru Valley and Manasbal, and Shikara ride in Dal Lake.

Khir-Bhawani and Narang temples near Sonamarg, Shankaracharya Temple, and Mughal Gardens in Srinagar, Maharani Temple and the Ziarat of Baba Reshi in Gulmarg, and houseboats in Dal Lake are other chief attractions of this family package for Jammu and Kashmir.

Please be informed due to transport Union in Jammu .Private cars are not allowed to enter Jammu railway station / airport premises. Client has to come out from Jammu railway station / airport by his own and our car will be half a kilometre away from the Jammu railway station / airport. Our driver / representative will coordinate with guest and will advice pick up point to the guest accordingly.

In Pahalgam:  Sightseeing of Chandanwadi, Betaab Valley, Baisaran Valley and Aru Valley are not included. If one wishes to visit the same, they can hire a taxi directly at Pahalgam taxi on their own. 

 In Gulmarg:   The vehicle is allowed to drop at main Gulmarg or at your hotel and from there onwards one has to walk or can go by ponies on direct payment for local sightseeing in Gulmarg.

 In Sonmarg: The vehicle is allowed to drop at main Sonmarg and from there onwards one has to walk up to Thajwas or one can go by ponies on direct payment. (Route is closed during Heavy Snowfall) 

 In Katra : Sightseeing of Shiv khori is not included , if one wishes to visit the same it will at additional.​

  • Prepaid cellular connections will not work in Kashmir only post paid cellular connection will work on roaming.
  • Reach airport prior to 3 hours of your departure due to security reasons/checking.
  • Before travelling visit weather forecast to get well informed which clothing to carry howsoever we advice to keep heavy woollens for winters and light woollens for summers.

  • If you are staying in houseboats ask for mobile no. of houseboat attendant or your local tour coordinator and call him before reaching to Srinagar so that he can arrange Shikara for crossing well in advance.
  • If any additional cost asked by driver during the tour please coordinate to your local tour representative before giving any cash.
  • It is always advisable to follow the timings provided by your tour coordinator/ Driver to experience hassle free travel.
  • Follow the hotel timings for your breakfast & Dinner, we shall not be responsible.
  • Always carry your Travel documents / Hotel Confirmation for the smooth check in at Hotel/ Houseboat.
